Vodafone's Lambton Quay store is Wellington's flagship Vodafone store. This was one of many Vodafone stores in New Zealand that Moth Light was privileged enough to work on.
Dado Dave 20 washing walls and displays (mounted on ceiling above timber ceiling fins)
Downhill Dan 10 mounted to top and bottom of aluminium dado rail around perimeter of store as well as beneath the workstations
This sectional detail shows how the Dado Dave 20 was surface mounted to the slab above the timber fins. Dado Dave 20 provided a more effective wall-wash than the previously used T5 fluorescent battens (with asymmetric reflectors). This detail was repeated throughout many of the Vodafone stores throughout New Zealand.
This sectional detail shows how two Downhill Dan 10s were used to illuminate the walls above and below the aluminium joinery rail that ran the perimeter of the store. The Downhill Dan 10 profiles were attached to the dado rail via a double-sided VHB tape.
