Rail 17

Richie Rail 17 is a unique illuminated handrail system. CNC machined wall brackets provide a beautiful finish and make for quick installation. Hollow wall brackets conceal the power supply to the LED strip, and the low voltage input makes the handrail safe to touch. Richie Rail 17 is suitable for use on residential and commercial stairs and thoroughfares.

All LED strip lumen values mentioned in the tables below refer to source lumens (bare LED strip). Losses through diffuser/profile are not represented. Please consult photometric data for delivered lumen values.

Please note that for dimmable applications, our LED strips should be used with dimming controllers or drivers with a PWM frequency of 2000Hz or less in order to maintain warranty.

Photometric File

Photometric tests are conducted with a 500mm long LED strip, inside a silver anodised profile and diffuser as mentioned in the file.

Please note that black or dark powder coated extrusions will reduce delivered lumens by approximately 10%.
